Our Pack
Who we are
Pack 3054 is a family Cub Scout pack in Rotterdam. We're kids in kindergarten through 5th grade and the parents who come along.

We meet Monday nights at Jefferson Elementary School, in the Schalmont school district. Pack 3054 is chartered by the Jefferson Elementary Parent Teacher Organization, which also charters Troop 3054.
We're part of Twin Rivers Council and its Mohawk district, and of Scouting America.

A 100% Trained Unit
Twin Rivers Council named Pack 3054 a 100% Trained Unit on its September 2026 board, meaning every leader registered with the pack had finished the training for their role.
How the pack runs
Volunteers, top to bottom
Everyone who leads in Pack 3054 is a volunteer. Here's who does what.
Cubmaster
Leads the pack and runs pack meetings.
Assistant Cubmaster
Helps the Cubmaster and steps in when needed.
Den leaders
Lead their den's meetings and adventures, one den for each grade.
Committee Chair
Leads the pack committee, which handles planning, money and paperwork.

Welcomes new families and helps them get started.

Two dens need a den leader
This year our Tiger and Wolf dens are looking for a parent to lead them. You don't need any Scouting experience.
Training is free and online, and Scouting America's adventure pages list activities for every requirement, so you're never starting from scratch. If you'd rather help in a smaller way, the pack can always use a hand at campouts and pack events.
